Introduction to the usage agreement:

Article 1 - Introduction and Definitions:

5. You are obligated to disclose true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the MT-STORE and is obligated to update your data in changing it in reality or in case of need.

7. Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Communication Means:

Article 7 - Amendments to the Usage and Fees Agreement:

1. The MT-STORE may notify you of any amendment to this Agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this Agreement, according to which your obligations are doubled or your rights are diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this Agreement.

2. In the event of objection to any amendment to the usage agreement, MT-STORE hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in the MT-STORE store or your use of (store name) is considered your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete approval denying ignorance, and the MT-STORE store accepts MT-STORE DISCUSSION OF ANY SUGGESTION ON THESE TERMS.

5. MT-STORE reserves the right to add, increase, decrease or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the usage agreement, for any of the users, whatever the reason for their registration.

Article 8 - Payment and payment services for stores in the MT-STORE:

1. The MT-STORE, through its partners, provides the payment and payment system in the MT-STORE. It can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the MT-STORE or through any payment method provided by the MT-STORE from time to time.

2. The MT-STORE is obligated to determine the price of the service or product that it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.

Article 9 - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:

Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:

Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:

Without prejudice to the agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by a store

MT-STORE within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and it is not entitled to replace the product after the lapse of seven days, but it is required to replace the product that the product is in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (MT-STORE) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to make sure it is safe.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

1. If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

2. If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, CDs, information programs, subscriptions and digital products that have been used or not.

3. If the product is newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, books, or anything else that is considered a work.

4. If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's improper possession.

5. If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.

6. If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

Article Fifteen - Return Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to him from the MT-STORE within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.

2. To return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (store name) has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

1. If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, CDs, information programs, subscriptions and digital products that have been used or not.

2. If the product is newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, books, or anything else considered to be literature.

3. If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's improper possession.

Article Sixteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This User Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Seventeen - General Provisions:

In the event that any incoming material or clause in this User Agreement is canceled or there is any incoming material or any clause in the Use Agreement that is no longer enforceable, such an order does not invalidate the validity of the rest of the articles, terms and provisions contained in the User Agreement and remains in effect until further notice From the management of the MT-STORE store

4. The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations, and applicable laws related to the nature of the dealings between (store name) and the user.

5. This usage agreement is only canceled by a decision issued by the management of the MT-STORE
